Cajeta, Goat Milk Caramels & Fudge and Chevrecakes
Cajeta is the Bicentennial Dessert of Mexico! It is made by simmering goat's milk and sugar for several hours until caramelized, becoming a delicious pourable sauce. Cajeta tastes great on sliced apples, cheesecake, ice cream and in coffee.
Our Cajeta won a Gold Medal at the 2010 ADGA Products Competition and a Silver Medal in 2011!

Chewy Goat Milk Caramels
Our goat milk caramels are made from only fresh ingredients! No stabilizers, gums or corn syrup is added. We cut them into squares and individually wrap them. They are sold in 4 oz portions for $5.
Goat Milk Fudge
Goat Milk Fudge is available in chocolate, chocolate walnut, peanut butter, vanilla cheesecake and maple pecan. $5 per 1/4 lb.

Chevrecakes are delicious cheesecakes made with goat cheese in place of cream cheese. We offer our chevrecakes in many flavors and even make them in a sugar free version for those following low-carb and sugar free diets.
100% Chevre! No cow's milk products are added.
Choose from Plain, Key Lime, Pumpkin, Chocolate, Blueberry or Raspberry. We can top your cheesecake with berries or any of our Cajeta flavors. You also get to choose the crust! Choices include Crustless, Almond, Pecan, Walnut or Graham Cracker. All are gluten free except the graham cracker.
You may pre-order chevrecakes for pick-up at the Farmer's Market. Please order 3 days in advance. We require a minimum of 4 chevreckaes for special order. All chevrecakes must be pre-paid. Let us know what you'd like and we will send you a Paypal invoice. We do not offer refunds on prepaid items.
